Thankful for everyone who have read and shared my story in this year\’s Write to Ignite Blogging Project! I didn\’t bag first place but I felt like being able to write this story at all was an achievement in itself and I\’m proud of how it turned out – it turns out I was coherent enough.😁

Thank you COMCO SEA for once again hosting this amazing blogging project, it not only brings out the best in writers, but it also inspires readers to do better and live a more meaningful life. At least that\’s what it did for me as I read the other entries this year.

Unmasked

This year, I feel like the theme, Unmasked, has forced me to feel things I wasn\’t prepared to feel. I felt so much raw, unfiltered emotions as I wrote my story and I felt that way too as I read some of the entries, but I now realize this was good for me.

I\’ve read so many entries that have stirred emotions in me that I thought I\’ve locked away in a box and shoved in the deepest parts of my psyche. It turns out, that\’s not the case because I can still feel things.😅

I\’ve realized that just because I get sad or mad or sad mad, it doesn\’t make me weak. It simply means I\’m human.

In an effort to Unmask my true hero, I unintentionally unmasked myself as well. That has me feeling just, I can\’t explain it – imagine all the feelings you can imagine and then feel that.😅

15th!

Anyway, I\’m so proud of myself for being able to finish at 15th place this year! The competition was tougher this year! There were soooo many amazing entries!
