Hello, you guys!

So I joined the Write to Ignite Blogging Project Season 2 by Comco SEA and I made it to the Top 40 and placed 11th over all. If you haven’t read my entry yet, you can read it here.😊

Top 40

There are 104 bloggers from all over the Philippines who joined this blogging project and the theme was about igniting inspiration through personal experiences brought on by the pandemic.

I was super excited to share my struggles and my wins and I truly hoped I could ignite inspiration, did I? I guess.😊

So, I made it to the Top 40! Which was super unexpected because I read most if not all of the entries and they had amazing stories to tell too, I felt like it trumped my experiences for sure.😋 Because, okay, I had struggles, like everyone else but after reading the other entries. my struggles felt measly compared to others.

108 to 11

Out of 108 storytellers, I finished 11th overall.

I didn’t expect it and was absolutely amazed I got it that far.😅 Not bad for my first try.😄

I didn’t expect to get that far, not because I didn’t think my writing was good enough or that my story wasn’t as good as the others. I know I’m awesome, but I also know that there will always be someone who will be awesomer (so a word!) than I am and that’s okay.

I know it’s super cliche when people say ‘we’re all winners’, but we truly are in this case. We got to share our stories with literally the entire world and we ignited inspiration. If that isn’t a win, then I don’t know what is.😁

Season 3?

Will there be a Season 3? I truly hope so and I hope I’ll be able to have time to join and place higher next time too.😁
